EbaTECH Innovations provides website development, graphic design, and SEO services. All projects are subject to a signed agreement outlining scope, timeline, and payment terms.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment is due as outlined in your project agreement.
- Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per month.
- Payment methods include: Bank transfer, MTN Mobile Money or Telecel Cash
- All prices are in Ghanaian Cedis (₵) unless otherwise stated.
4. Intellectual Property
- All work delivered by EbaTECH Innovations remains our property until full payment is received.
- Upon payment, you own the final deliverables, excluding third-party assets (e.g., stock images).
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely feedback.
- Ensure all content provided (text, images, etc.) is legally owned or licensed.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Losses resulting from third-party services or actions.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Termination fees may apply based on work completed.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or mediation in Accra, Ghana.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ghana.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
